- Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to have the best and quickest order processing time in the business. It is our goal to have our products ship within 1 business day. Once an order is placed, it is transmitted to our warehouse for packing and processing for shipment. Orders placed after 3:00pm mountain time will be processed in our warehouse the next business day. Please be aware that orders placed with 3-day select, 2-Day or Next Day options from UPS indicate the estimated delivery time after the order has been received by UPS and does not include the order processing time including warehouse packing and shipping requirements. We are unable to ship internationally under our current agreements. Cool Aid Brigade’s Standard and Free Shipping (when applicable) options will be USPS Priority mail. Orders with P.O. Boxes will be shipped USPS Priority Mail when 3-day select is selected. When Overnight and 2nd day options are chosen, then USPS Express Mail will be used. It is our goal to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you feel we didn’t perform to appropriate standards, please tell us about your experience in the Contact Us page.

For their protection, Cool Aid Brigade asks that anyone 13 or younger not attempt to register with us on the site or otherwise provide us with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any or all online contests hosted by Cool Aid Brigade are open only to U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older.

- Trouble-free Return Policy –
It is our goal to provide complete satisfaction along with ease and comfort purchasing online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back for an exchange or refund. We will happily accept all returns for items returned with original tags, unworn and unwashed with no questions.
To process a return, please call Customer Service at 888-215-0407. In order to increase the likelihood of replacement with the same or similar item, it is best to place a new order immediately while speaking with Customer Service. We will provide free Standard Shipping on the replacement item. Returns should be sent to the address below. Please write the order number from the invoice on outside of package and include the order number or copy of invoice inside the box as well. We recommend for your protection that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your returns (no COD’s will be accepted). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Defective Products: We honor manufacturer warranty for the products purchased through our site. Please call our customer service at 888-215-0407 with any manufacturer defect issues. We will attempt to promptly replace with the same or like item. Standard Shipping of the replacement item will be free.
Return Policy for footwear: We want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase of your footwear from our site and will refund or exchange footwear items subject to the following conditions. All returned footwear must include the original shoe box, original tags, be un-worn and in new condition. New footwear should be tried on indoors on the carpet for comfort and fit. If a footwear return is needed, please make sure you do not wear them. Cool Aid Brigade is unable to refund or exchange shoes that have been worn and are not in new condition.
